Learning Management System - Lite
JGP's Learning Management System (LMS) helps staff identify a range of learning interventions, training courses and more – aligned to the requirements of their job, their development plans or their competencies. Through a real-time onscreen calendar, staff can see the courses that are right for them, check their availability, read feedback from people who have taken the programmes before, and sign up for courses.

The system maintains a complete Learning Catalogue - from free on-line resource and reading, through to courses with limited places that require Line Manager budgetary authorisation.

A simple back-office function allows employers to keep on top of waiting lists effectively, manage and plan training events according to need and demand, and analyse courses that are not delivering as expected. It is also easy to maintain training catalogues, or provide system access to external Training providers to keep course data right up-to-the-minute.
