

The system maintains a complete Learning Catalogue - from free on-line resource and reading, through to courses with limited places that require Line Manager budgetary authorisation.
A simple back-office function allows employers to keep on top of waiting lists effectively, manage and plan training events according to need and demand, and analyse courses that are not delivering as expected. It is also easy to maintain training catalogues, or provide system access to external Training providers to keep course data right up-to-the-minute.
